THAT
1. The offer from the Bulldogs Rugby League Club of $150,000, in consideration of their obligation to make repairs to the Grandstand at the Belmore Sports Ground, be accepted.
2. The General Manager be authorised to proceed with discussions with Sydney Olympic Football Club to negotiate appropriate arrangements for the use of the Belmore Sports Ground when the Bulldogs Rugby League Club vacate the Ground and that the outcome of these negotiations be reported to Council before any agreement with this Club is finalised.
